End of Term Checklist

Here's a list of tasks that most faculty need to complete at the end of each semester or term. All of them require that you enter your campus ID and password:

  1. - Enter Positive attendance (if required) in the campus portal

  2. - Enter Final Grades in Banner

  3. - Enter SLO scores and Reflection in eLumen

  4. - Submit "Grade Packet" online in the campus portal

  5. - Check FLAC Hours for FLEX time due

    You will want to confirm in the Flex Stats (upper right) section that your Total Hours Completed are the same on both sides of the " / " (or greater on the left). Here's an example of correctly completed report
